The exterior fabric of this tote, “Bindi” from Outback Wife by Gertrude Made, is a lightweight contemporary barkcloth. I loved it so much I bought the entire bolt, and I’m glad I did! It’s now out of print, making these one-of-a-kind bags even more special. The lining fabric, “On the Way” by Abi Hall for Moda Fabrics, is another treasure I wish I had more of. And the piping? Pulled from the magical stash I’ve built over decades, of course!
