The outside fabric is a very lightweight barkcloth, “Rattan Tropics” by Hoffman International Fabrics, and was gifted to me long ago. It’s been waiting for years to become something special!The lining is another Charley Harper print, “Ladybird,” from his Harvest Volume 1 collection for Birch Fabrics. It’s a premium organic cotton, “made with love, not pesticides,” and picked up along with so many other treasures from 5 Little Monkeys Quilting. The piping fabric completes this bag with the perfect pop of yellow.
